Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.

Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

Our property features a range of floor plans, from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.  We invite you to explore our apartment floor plans in person by scheduling a tour  or by viewing our floor plan layouts online.

Yes, residents can conveniently pay rent online through our secure resident portal! Our online payment system allows you to manage your rent payments with ease, whether you're at home or on the go. With a few simple clicks, you can:

• Make one-time rent payments

• Set up reoccurring payments

• View your payment history

Yes, Flats at Stones Crossing requires a credit check. The credit check helps us evaluate applicants' financial stability and ability to meet lease obligations. For more information about the credit check and other application requirements, please contact our leasing office. 

Our property does require an application fee, administration fee, and a security deposit. 

Application Fee:  $50

Administrative Fee: $150

Security Deposit: Deposit Premium program up to a full month rent
